Aromas of butter and lemon yogurt dominate the nose, on the palate the creaminess continues but with a depth of stony restraints. Full and pleasant with a lasting citrus finish, and a great aromatic persistency. This is the only one of Vaouroux's wines to be barrel fermented, 9 months in French oak barrels.
